PCI's 40th Anniversary Celebration Dinner

Please fill out this form to let us know you how many adults and children you would like to have attend the 40th Anniversary Celebration Dinner at Pacific Church of Irvine, 15 Orangetree, Irvine, CA 92614.

There will be assigned seating at this event so please be sure to count each adult and child needing a seat (2 years old and above).

We are full in the Sanctuary but, we are opening up an overflow room.   You will be able to move into the main room after food service, when the program starts.  We look forward to having you join us! We are blessed that God's faithfulness has brought so many people to celebrate with us.  For questions, please contact Pastor Lance at Lance@pacificchurch.com.

We will have a special "Kids Meal" for 2- 12 years old.  However, we are not able to accommodate different menus for people with any food allergies or other special food needs.  If you have special food needs, please bring your own food.  Thank you for your understanding.
